1.​All payments are non-refundable

2.​School age classes are paid by monthly direct debit.  We multiply each class payment by 44 weeks and divide it by 12 months to give the monthly fee amount.

3.​4 weeks’ notice must be given to leave Translucent Dance Studio or drop a class.

4.​Invoices will be provided for adults and pre-school classes on request. Invoices are to be paid within two weeks. Any alternative payment window is at the discretion of the principal.

5.  ​Invoices will be provided for shows, workshops, exams and summer schools, these are not part of your direct debit.

6. ​A late payment admin fee of £5 will be added to each late payment reminder 

7.​Payments for uniform are non-refundable,but items can be exchanged if faulty or the wrong size

8. ​When lessons must be cancelled by the principal, dancers will be invited to attend an alternative class.  Refunds are not provided.

9.​Where a student is absent from a lesson for any reason there is no right to reschedule or reduce payments

10.​Rising Stars dancers must provide 5 weeks’ notice to leave the programme 

11.​Payments for dance parties must be made before the date of the party, regardless of the two-week payment window

12.​Dancers and their parents/guardians should be polite and respectful to teachers, support staff and other dancers. We reserve the right to refuse entry to class to anyone who cannot abide by this rule, without refund

13.​Safeguarding or welfare concerns about any student should be made to the principal

14.​School age students must be wearing full Translucent Dance Studio uniform within 3 weeks of joining

15.​Medical information must be disclosed on the enrolment form. Once enrolled any new medical information must be disclosed to the principal and a new enrolment form completed

16.​External school LAMDA students must give 5 weeks’ notice to leave the programme and end tuition

17. ​Once students are entered for an exam they cannot be withdrawn, and full payment must be made.
